How do I cancel/modify an order?
Modifying Your Order: If you need to modify your order (like changing the size or color of a product), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
Cancelling Your Order: To cancel an order, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it and process a full refund. However, once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
